The project involved the construction of a residential building at the corner of Ferron and Irakleias Streets, in one of Thessaloniki’s fastest-growing neighborhoods at the time. The design focused on maximizing the site’s potential and creating bright, comfortable apartments with a practical layout. Special attention was given to structural stability, material quality, and façade detailing, resulting in a building that stands out aesthetically while maintaining its timeless character. Completed in 1970, the project contributed to the area’s architectural development and exemplifies Sagioglou Constructions’ technical precision and reliability.
