The project involved the complete renovation of an apartment in a residential building on Delfon Street. The goal was to create a modern and comfortable space, with particular emphasis on functionality and aesthetics. The works included interior reconfiguration, replacement of flooring and windows, as well as the application of new materials and techniques for energy efficiency. The renovation also included electromechanical works, new lighting installations, and carefully selected details that highlight the space. Upon completion, the apartment acquired a warm and modern character, ready to meet the residents’ needs for comfort, practicality, and refined aesthetics.
