The story of our company begins in 1960, when Savvas Sagioglou — the first of the family — entered the construction sector as a contractor. With vision and dedication, he established a strong professional presence in Thessaloniki and Halkidiki, laying the foundations for a journey built on craftsmanship and responsibility. The principles that guided him continue to inspire our philosophy to this day.

A new generation, a new name, enduring values
In 1985, the family tradition continued as the two sons of Savvas Sagioglou became actively involved in the construction industry. With the establishment of AFOI SAGIOGLOU O.E., the vision passed to the second generation, giving the company new momentum while maintaining the same values of reliability and quality work. This name remains active to this day, serving as a hallmark of consistency and continuity in the family’s construction legacy.
1985
A new beginning with deep roots
In 2021, the torch was passed to the third generation, with Savvas Sagioglou founding the Sagioglou Constructions brand, continuing the family tradition with a new identity and a modern outlook. The company expanded its range of services and entered dynamically into the renovation sector, bringing a renewed way of thinking and operating that combines experience, aesthetics, and technical excellence. A new era began, guided by the same values that have defined us since the start.
