The project concerned the renovation and modernization of an apartment in the M. Alexandrou area. The central goal was to enhance functionality and create a comfortable, bright, and contemporary living space. Renovation works included the replacement of flooring, new electromechanical installations, and the complete reconstruction of the kitchen and bathroom with a focus on detail and material quality. At the same time, energy-efficient interventions were applied to reduce consumption and improve daily comfort. The final result combines clean lines, modern aesthetics, and practical solutions that meet the residents’ needs, transforming the apartment into a warm, functional, and high-quality living environment.
